Revised answer key of the written exam for AE/JE(Civil)Trainee recruitment held on 20.12.09.

सहायक अभियन्ता (जानपद) (प्रशिक्षु) तथा अवर अभियन्ता (जानपद) (प्रशिक्षु)  के पदों हेतु सीधी भर्ती की परीक्षा 20-12-2009 को सम्पन्न हुई थी जिसकी उत्तरमाला पिटकुल की वैबसाईट  www.ptcul.org में 24-12-2009 को प्रकाशित की गई थी। प्राप्त हुए सभी प्रत्यावेदनों पर समयकविचारोपरान्त सहायक अभियन्ता (जानपद) (प्रशिक्षु) तथा अवर अभियन्ता (जानपद) (प्रशिक्षु) कीसशे धत उत्तर माला (त्मअपेमक) पुन: पिटकुल की वबै साईट www.ptcul.org में पक्राशित की जा रही है।

यह भी अवगत कराना है कि सहायक अभियन्ता (जानपद) (प्र्रशिक्षु) के प्रश्नपत्र के सटे -1A में प्रश्न क्रम स0 45 एवं सटे 1B में प्रश्न क्रम स0 44 गलत (Misprint) हुए थे जिसकी वजह से इन्हें रद् कर दिया गया है| अत: उत्तर माला का मलू याकं न अब 175 प्रश्नों के आधार पर कियाजायेगा।

अवर अभियन्ता (जानपद) (प्र्रशिक्षु) के पश्र नपत्र के सटे -1। में प्रश्न क्रम स0 41, 52 एवं 190से 195 तक (कुल आठ) आरै सटे -1ठ में प्रश्न क्रम सं 35, 46 एवं 186 से 191 तक (कुल आठ)गलत (डपेचतपदज) हुए थे जिसकी वजह से इन्हें भी रद् कर दिया गया है। अत: उत्तर माला कामलू याकं न अब 192 प्रश्नें के आधार पर किया जायगा।सशे धत उत्तर माला के सम्बन्ध में प्रत्यावदे न दने की अन्तिम तिथि 11-01-2010 तक है प्रत्यावदे न महापब्र न्धक (मा0सं ) को ई-मले sksharma_1953@yahoo.com पर अथवा फैक्स नं 0135-2766249 पर निर्धारित अवधि में भजे जा सकते हैं उसके पश्चात्‌ किसी भीप्रत्यावदे न पर विचार नहीं किया जायगा। यदि 11-01-2010 तक काइेर् प्रत्यावदे न प्राप्त नहीं होता है तोउसके पश्चात प्रकाशित की गई उत्तरमाला के अनुसार परीक्षा पत्रें का मलू याकं न किया जाएगा।

Answer keys of the exam held on 20-12-2009 for Recruitment of AE JE Civil Trainees

सहायक अभियन्ता (जानपद) (प्रशिक्षु) तथा अवर अभियन्ता (जानपद) (प्रशिक्षु) के पदों हेतु सीधी भर्ती की परीक्षा 20-12-2009 को सम्पन्न हुई थी जिसकी उत्तरमाला पिटकुल की वैबसाईट www.ptcul.org  में प्रकाशित की जा रही है। यह भी अवगत कराना है कि अवर अभियन्ता (जानपद) (प्रशिक्षु) के पद हेतु आयोजित परीक्षा के प्रश्नपत्र सेट-1A में प्रश्न क्रम सं0 190 से 195 तक (छ: प्रश्नों) तथा परीक्षा के प्रश्नपत्र सेट-1B में प्रश्न क्रम सं0 186 से 191 तक (छ: प्रश्नों) के प्रश्नों के Misprinting होने के कारण इन प्रश्नों को छोडकर मूल्यांकन 194 प्रश्नों के आधार पर किया जायेगा।

उत्तरमाला के सम्बन्ध में प्रत्यावेदन देने की अन्तिम तिथि 31-12-2009 (अपराहन 5:00 बजे ) तक है। प्रत्यावेदन महाप्रबन्धक (मा0सं0) को ई-मेल  sksharma_1953@yahoo.com पर अथवा फैक्स नं0 0135-2766249 पर निर्धारित अवधि में भेजे जा सकते हैं। उसके पश्चात्‌ किसी भी प्रत्यावेदन पर विचार नहीं किया जायेगा। यदि 31-12-2009 तक कोई प्रत्यावेदन प्राप्त नहीं होता है तो उसके पश्चात प्रकाशित की गई उत्तरमाला के अनुसार परीक्षा पत्रों का मूल्यांकन किया जाएगा।

Written Exam for recruitment to the Post of AE (Civil) Trainees / JE (Civil) Trainees

"It is to inform all the candidates who had applied against our advertisement dated 18-08-2008 for recruitment to the post of AE (Civil) Trainees / JE (Civil) Trainees that the written exam for recruitment shall be held on 20-12-2009 from 10:00 hrs to 13:00 hrs at Dehradun and Haldwani centres. The list of eligible candidates and ineligible candidates is publish below and the admit cards are being dispatched.

The candidates should note the remarks given against their name in the list and send the required documents by fax or e-mail on Fax No. 0135 -2766249 or gmhr@ptcul.org  .The candidates who do not receive their admit cards till one week before the exam may inform PTCUL by e-mail.

Those candidates who do not received the admit card till the date of exam are to note down their roll no. and centres name from the list of elligible candidates and report at the centre one hour before the exam alongwith a photograph duly attested by a Gazetted Officer and photo identity card/voter identity card etc. for issuance of duplicate admit card at the centre.

Only those candidates of General Category and OBC who secure more than 33% marks in the written exam and SC/ST candidates who secure more than 25% marks in the written exam shall be considered as qualified in the written exam. However the final selection from the qualified candidates will be on the basis of their merit of the written exam and applicable rules of the Corporation.

For AE (Civil) Trainee recruitment interview shall also be held and only qualified candidates as per their merit and rules of the Corporation shall be called for interview and final selection shall be on the basis of combined merit of written exam and interview."

Based on the merit of the written exam held on 20.7.2008 and falling within the zone of consideration, the candidates whose names are given below have been short listed for interview and they are being issued interview call letters accordingly

The anwer keys of the question papers of the written exam for recruitment to the post of AE (Trainees) held on 20.7.2008 was displayed on the website of PTCUL on 30.7.2008.After publication of the answer keys ,some objections had been received from the candidates regarding the correctness of the answers of a few questions in the answer keys.The same have been re-examined by experts .After careful consideration the  revised answer keys are now displayed on the PTCUL website.

In response to the revised answer keys representations clearly stating the grounds are hereby invited from the concerned candidates thru' email (  <md.ptcul@rediffmail.com   )or fax ( 0135-2762460  ) by 17 hours , 31st Aug'08.Representations received thereafter shall not be entertained.

Based on the merit of the written examination for the post of Lekhakar, Sahayak Lekhakar, Karyalaya Sahayak-3(Lekha), Karyalaya Sahayak-3 & Ashulipik Gr-3 held on 14th, 15th & 16th of June 2008, the candidates whose roll nos. are mentioned in the attached list have been selected for computer proficiency test to be conducted on the dates mentioned against their roll nos on PTCULs website. 

The candidates are required to appear for the computer proficiency test the given date and time at Gaurab Hotel, 19-Gandhi Road (Tehsil Chowk), Dehradun with all the required documents in original alongwith attested photostate copies.

The answer keys of the written exam for recruitment of AE(Trainees) held on 20.7.2008 is displayed on the website of PTCUL. The candidates can send their objections if any regarding the correctness of any answer given in the answer keys by 7.8.2008 through email or thruogh fax No 0135-2762460 giving proof in support of their contention.No objection of any sort shall be entertained after 7.8.2008 and the answer keys shall be removed from the website and the result shall be prepared on the basis of the answer key displayed on the website.

The answer keys of the written exam for recruitment of the post of Accountant, Assistant Accountant, Office Assistant-III (Lekha), Office Assistant-III & Stenographer-III held on 14, 15 & 16th June 2008 were published on the website of PTCUL on 18-06-08 some queries/objection were received regarding the correctness of answers of a few questions which were referred to the experts for clarification. The clarification received are given below for the information of all concerned. The candidates can send their objections if any regarding the   clarification by e-mail or fax by 22.07.2008. If no query/objection is received within this period, we will take the answer given as final and the result shall be prepared accordingly. No further query/objection shall be entertained in this regard after 22.07.08. The answer keys of the question papers published earlier are now being removed from the website.

"The written exam for recruitment to the post of AE(Trainees) will be held on 20.7.2008 from 2pm to 5pm at Dehradun, Roorkee and Haldwani centres. Centrewise list of candidates who have been issued admit cards for appearing in the written exam to be held on 20.7.2008 is displayed on the website of PTCUL.Out of these candidates ,those candidates who do not receive the admit cards due to any reason may report at the respective centre between 10am to 12.30pm on the date of exam along with two copies of duly attested recent passport size photograph for issuance of duplicate admit cards. "
